Avoid Office Arsonists

Workplace arsonists seem to exist in their own office hyperbole. They are the ones who spread poison, or try to play Game of Thrones with other people’s careers. It benefits them because they are able igniting fires, not about building up organizations.

The worst component of a workplace arsonist is when they are facilitated by the supervisors. It matters when they are listened to, because it means that they have the ability to do more damage, simply with the ear of the boss.

When arsonists appear, there isn’t enough water in the world to put out that flame.

Either the supervisor recognizes it or they are facilitating it. If its the latter of the two, then its best to work toward leaving the organization.

No organization is worth your time that cares to facilitate those who diminish their own employees by empowering negative ones.
